Continental Supply Services offers a wide range of duplex and triplex liners with unmatched performance and durability even in most severe drilling condition.  CSS provides liners for all brands of mud pump including but not limited to Bomco, Drillmec, Emsco, Gardner Denver, Ideco, Lewco, National, Oil well, and Wirth. CSS  liners are available in two styles, chrome-iron liners for standard service and zirconia-ceramic liners for long lasting performance in such cases where normal liner change frequencies are too costly.

CSS’s liner gaskets are available in a variety of materials to fit any need. Our products are available in nitrile rubber, hi-temp polyurethane and other specialty compounds as needed. All of our replacement parts are produced from high quality materials and processes. Rubber compound for Liner gaskets have been developed after years of research and field testing data.

All our liner geskets are fully exchangeable with OEM parts. Continental Supply  Services produces and supply liner gaskets compatible with most of the models of Emsco Mud Pump.

CSS supply all over the world high quality replacement piston rubber and bonded pistons rubbers. CSS’s replaceable rubber pistons are assembled with a premium quality rubber kit. Our piston hubs are available in size of 4” to 7” in series of A, K, B and L for most duplex and triplex mud pumps.

Our flex-lip piston design has been engineered to withstand the demands of today’s high-pressure/ high-temperature drilling conditions. Manufactured in India CSS pistons feature a proprietary, abrasion-resistant urethane that is compatible with oil and water based drilling fluids. Along with this chemical compatibility, our urethane is rated for temperatures up to 300°F and pressures up to 7500 psi.

Bull Nose is an extreme service piston with a bull-nose shape that has the benefits of a bull-nose piston, while also keeping some of the flexible leading-edge benefits of the Flex-Lip piston. This is a high performance urethane bonded piston designed for high pressure and higher temperature applications. This piston is designed with a Multi-durometer bonded urethane and a built in lubricant to reduce friction within the liner allowing for longer piston and liner life.

We can supply high performing fully exchangeable pistons compatible with most of the OEM mud pumps. Continental Supply Services supply replacement pistons for  National pumps as per below table.

CSS supply high performance Urethane Valve Insert that exhibits excellent chemical and wear resistance and ensures most cost-effective.

The primary function of a rod wiper is to keep contaminants such as dirt, dust and moisture from entering the fluid power system. 

Contaminants can cause significant damage to the rod, cylinder wall, seals, valves and other components. One of the main causes of premature seal and component failure in a fluid power system is contamination. It should be noted that rod wipers failure is normally a swift result of wiper failure. While designing rod wipers we take special consideration following characteristics :
