Drill Pipe Wipers are designed for application to Drill pipes where a solid master bushing is used. Dual wipers are made with a split spring steel reinforcing ring. Construction of Dual Wipers is such, so as to allow the wiper to be opened up and threaded around the pipe. 

Our Dual Standard Drill Pipe Wipers are available for 2-3/8” to 7″ drill pipes/tubing and wiper sizes range from 14” to 24”. It is important to mention tubing size and wiper size during the inquiry. Dual Split Drill Pipe wipers from Astarn Engineering & Oilfield Supplies Pvt Ltd are equivalent to Bettis Drill Pipe Wipers and Regal Drill Pipe Wipers. 

All of our Drill Pipe Wipers are made of specially designed rubber compounds having tremendous resistance to cutting, tearing, and abrasion. Our Dual Split Drill Pipe Wipers are available for water-based and oil-based drilling mud.

CSS’s Kelly Wipers are made of special rubber compound with a bonded steel ring for extra strength and wear, which offers tremendous resistance and resilience to cutting, tearing, abrasion, water and oil-based muds. 

These Kelly Wipers extend the life of the Kelly bushing by keeping it clean from the mud and abrasive substances. The Kelly Wipers are available for different sizes hexagonal Kellies to fit the bushings.

These Packer Cups are developed to perform in varying well conditions and provide maximum durability and seal-ability in the toughest of oilfield conditions. We manufacture both Wire Skeleton / Wire Mesh / Wire Frame Packer Cups and Rubber Packer Cups without any mesh.  

The Packer Cups are made of strong, flexible spring steel reinforcing wires instead of an alloy steel base. This forms the “skeleton” for the tough body of the special elastomer compound that is specifically developed for oilfield applications where they are used in deep, heavy-duty, harsh environment service.  

Our Packer Cups are available in various sizes right from a 1-1/4″ tubing through a 7″ casing and more, suitable mandrel size is 2-3/8’’. Specific sizes/designs can be developed based on customer’s requirements. 

Our stuffing box cones and rings are designed to create a solid inner seal for polished rods to efficiently ride through. Our cone and v-ring packing solutions are specifically manufactured to reduce friction, wear and heat and withstand damage from oil, gas, mud and other debris that can shorten the lifespan of lesser made products. The end result of using our high-quality cone packing products is a cleaner, safer and more productive work area for both your rigs and your employees.

Our Oil Saver Rubbers are manufactured using special molding process from a special compound specifically developed for this purpose. Oil Saver Rubbers compound is abrasion-resistant for long service life. We manufacture compatible Oil Savers to OEM. They are available in rubber sizes from 3/8″ to 5/8″. Oil and other fluids are removed from the wireline and allowed to re-enter the well, which helps prevent well-site contamination.
